Professional Landscape Design

The basis for any great landscape design begins with a vision.  Our staff of full time designers will plan a landscape to accomplish that vision.  Our design team, with backgrounds in landscape architecture and ornamental horticulture, can take that vision and illustrate it with a professional design.  Their experience in project management helps to facilitate the working relationship with the supervisor of each individual job.

Landscape Installation

Working with our professional design team, our experienced supervisors will make the finished plan a reality.  Our installers have the experience necessary to produce a great landscape.  At Landscaping by Don Gilb, we use only the best plants and materials and all of our jobs are guaranteed.

Water Features

Whether it’s a formal fountain or a natural stream, a water feature can add peace and tranquility to your landscape.  To create the soothing sound and actions of a waterfall, we can build a low-maintenance “pond- less” water feature or a naturalistic pond with aquatic plants and fish.

Natural Stone Installation

At Landscaping by Don Gilb, we are known for our creative use of natural stone.  From retaining walls to stone steps, we can help you make the most of the Tri-State’s steep terrain.  Unique placement of boulders and ledge stone outcroppings can greatly enhance any landscape.  We can also use natural stone to construct permanent landscape
elements, such as benches, fireplaces, fire pits and dry stream beds.

Patios and Walkways

An outdoor patio needs to be a functional and entertaining space that is an extension of your home.  We will design a patio that incorporates your outdoor needs, whether it’s a formal entertaining space or a place to relax around a fire.  Stone fireplaces can also be included to complete the patio setting.

Low Voltage Landscape Lighting

We can further enhance you landscape project with the installation of a low voltage lighting system.  The soft glow of these fixtures will illuminate your landscape through the night, as well as provide some extra security.  We can use a variety of up-lights, spotlights and path-lights to highlight your home and all of its landscape elements.

Landscape Bed Maintenance

Once your project is complete, you can keep it looking its best by taking advantage of our Fall and Spring maintenance programs which include bed edging, mulching, pruning and fertilizing.
